Return to Softness

we soften together.

October 2-4, 2026

Julian, California

A weekend retreat for women to slow down, soften, and reconnect with themselves in community.

Women on retreat participating in a grounding meditation.

Somewhere along the way, many of us learned to equate strength with pushing through, staying busy, and holding it all together. In constantly doing, giving, and moving, we can become disconnected from ourselves — carrying tension in our bodies and leaving little room to simply be and soften.

Return to Softness is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with yourself in the support of community. Through circle, cacao, embodied movement, meditation, reflection, rest, nourishing meals, and communal living, we soften together.

Over the course of the weekend, we’ll create space to listen inward, quiet the noise around us, and reconnect more deeply with our bodies, hearts, and selves. There will be time for both intentional practice and simple presence — quiet conversation, rest, nature, reflection, and shared meals in community.

Together, we remember that softness is not weakness — it is a return to ourselves.

Our Weekend Together

Friday

Arrival, grounding, and settling into the space together. We’ll open the weekend with a nourishing dinner and an opening circle to begin softening into ourselves and connecting with one another.

Saturday

A day devoted to embodied practices, intentional rest, reflection, cacao, nourishing meals, and meaningful connection in community. Together, we’ll slow down, listen inward, and soften more deeply.

Sunday

A gentle morning of integration, brunch, and our closing circle. We’ll leave carrying with us what we want to remember, nurture, and continue tending to in our daily lives.

One month after the retreat, we’ll gather again for an integration circle to reconnect, reflect, and continue tending to the softness cultivated together.

“The retreat was a transformative experience, crafted with extraordinary care and intention. It created a sacred space where external pressures dissolved, allowing me to fully engage in self-work and self-care, and I emerged renewed and reconnected.”

– Jessie

“The retreat blended reflection, movement, and community in a way that felt both intentional and effortless. Every detail contributed to an experience that felt grounding, nourishing, and restorative. I left feeling awakened and more in tune with myself.”

– Natasha
